  公布2个部门规章,是国家安全机关落实党中央全面依法治国战略部署的有力举措,是贯彻习近平法治思想和总体国家安全观的生动实践,是规范国家安全机关执法司法活动的重要依据,对依法打击危害国家安全违法犯罪活动、保障个人和组织合法权益、提升国家安全工作法治化水平,具有重要意义。

  《国家安全机关行政执法程序规定》共7章140条,包括总则、防范指导、调查取证、征用补偿、行政处罚、期间与送达、附则。《国家安全机关办理刑事案件程序规定》共11章360条,包括总则,管辖,回避,律师参与刑事诉讼,证据,强制措施,立案、撤案,侦查,执行刑罚,特别程序,附则。

  国家安全部有关负责人表示,下一步,各级国家安全机关将认真贯彻落实2个部门规章,始终坚持严格规范公正文明执法,自觉主动接受社会监督,确保每一起案件都经得起法律、人民和历史的检验。
